Natural vision in small frames

Letting the wearer choose their frame without worrying about their prescription was Essilor’s objectives in creating Varilux Ellipse, a progressive lens designed specifically for smaller frames. From now on, the choice of glasses for presbyopia can be made based on aesthetics!

With Varilux Ellipse, the distance vision is extra large, with an angle of 140 degrees for a truly panoramic vision. Near vision only requires the wearer to look down slightly, allowing for completely natural behaviour.
